Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the recruitment of 643 positions whose details are mentioned below. Applicants are encouraged to apply by the 2nd of July 2014. Name of Vacancies: Specialist Medical Officer (Basic Grade)
1. Psychologist: 19 Vacancies
2. Dermatologist: 75 Vacancies
3. ENT Specialist: 131 Vacancies
4. Opthalmologist: 68 Vacancies
5. Microbiologist: 20 Vacancies
6. Pathologist: 53 Vacancies
7. Radiologist: 142 Vacancies
8. Physician: 135 Vacancies

Academic Qualifications –
• The applicant should have completed their MBBS or Post Graduation in a specific domain from a recognized institution and registered with the MCI or State Medical Council
• Kindly refer to the notification to understand further details

Age group –
• The applicant should be 37 years old – General Category
• Relaxation in age is based on the rules

Fees for the Application –
• For SC/ST applicants from Bihar – Rs. 75
• For Others – Rs. 150
• Payment should be made through a Challaan downloaded from the website at any SBI branch into Account No:  31650243410

Process of Selection:
• The applicant is selected based on their academic qualification, work experience and performance in the interview

Application Procedure:
• Go to official website www.bpsc.bih.nic.in and download application form
• Applicants apply in the suggested format
• Once the application is filled, print out the same and along with the attested copies of documents essential for admission (as mentioned in the notification) should be sent after mentioning the position applied for,  to the following address using speed post by 5 pm on the 2nd of July 2014 –
