1. Foreman (Non Executive): 55 Vacancies
a. Mechanical: 09 Vacancies
b. Electrical: 07 Vacancies
c. Instrumentation: 07 Vacancies
d. Chemical: 32 Vacancies
2. Senior Engineer: 30 Vacancies
a. Chemical: 15 Vacancies
b. Mechanical: 05 Vacancies
c. Electrical: 05 Vacancies
d. Instrumentation: 05 Vacancies
Academic Qualifications –
• Applicants should have a cleared his Diploma in Engineering in the appropriate stream with an aggregate of 60% - For 1st Vacancy
• Applicants should have a cleared his Diploma in Engineering in the appropriate stream with an aggregate of 55% - For SC/ST and PWD applicants – For 1st Vacancy
• Applicants should have a cleared his Bachelor’s of Engineering in the appropriate stream with an aggregate of 65% - For 2nd Vacancy
• Applicants should have a cleared his Diploma in Engineering in the appropriate stream with an aggregate of 60% - For SC/ST and PWD applicants – For 2nd Vacancy
Age group – On 04th of June 2014
• Applicants should be 32 years - For 1st Vacancy
• Applicants should be 30 years - For 2nd Vacancy
• Relaxation is applicable for the following candidates -
SC/ST – 5 years
OBC – 3 years
PWD – 10 years for 1st Vacancy and 5 years for 2nd Vacancy
PWD OBC – 13 years for 1st Vacancy and 8 years for 2nd Vacancy
PWD SC/ST – 15 years for 1st Vacancy and 10 years for 2nd Vacancy
Fees for the Application –
• Fees for 1st and 2nd Vacancies – Rs. 50 and Rs. 200 in case of OBC/ Gen applicants
• No fees for SC/ST//PWD applicants
• Applicants need to pay a Demand Draft in favor of GAIL (India) Limited Payable at New Delhi
Process of Selection:
Applicants are selected on the basis of their skill test and interview for 1st vacancy and Group Discussion and interview for 2nd vacancy

• Go to www.gailonline.com between 11 am on 16th of May 2014 and 6 pm on 04th of June 2014
• The applicant needs to print out the application form
• Once the hard copy is ready, it needs to be sent after affixing the photographs along with the Demand Draft and the essential true copies of the documents.
