The National Institute of Technology, Agartala conducts the NIMCET 2014, This is a National level Computer Application Exam qualifies students to pursue a post graduate course in Master of Computer Applications (MCA). The Postgraduate Entrance Examination enables the qualified to apply for the above mentioned postgraduate course. The NIMCET MCA entrance examination 2014 can be taken online. • Those candidates who would like to take up a Masters in Computer Application can apply
• An applicant who is about to finish his course can apply provided he would get his results prior to the last date of admission.
• An applicant who has completed his B.Sc/ B.Sc (Hons.)/ BCA / BIT / Engineering with an aggregate of 60% or 6.5CGPA can also apply

Fees for the Application Form:
• Fees for SC/ST Applicants – Rs. 900
• Fees for OBC/General Applicants – Rs. 1800

How to Apply Online?• The candidates who wish to take this exam needs to log onto the NIT Agartala’s Official website www.nita.ac.in and register themselves
• Once they do so, they need to read the instructions to fill the application form
• The candidates are requested to duly fill all the fields in the application form
• The candidate should be ready with his/her 10th class marks memo, caste certificate and other special reservation certificate
• The candidate has to upload his scanned signature and photograph to complete the process
• The candidate needs to enter the exam fee payment details
• Once the details are verified, the applicant can login with his own user id and password
• The application form needs to be printed and saved for future use
• The completed Application form needs to be sent by 5 pm on the 17th of April 2014 below address.
