A. Govt. Dental College, Srinagar in Health & Medical Education Department: 06 Vacancies
1. Community Dentistry: 01 Vacancy
2. Conservative/ Operative Dentistry: 01 Vacancy
3. Prosthodontics including Dental Material: 01 Vacancy
4. Oral Surgery: 01 Vacancy
5. Orthodontics: 01 Vacancy
6. Oral & Maxifacial Surgery (Super Specialty): 01 Vacancy
B. Indira Gandhi Govt. Dental College, Jammu in Health & Medical Education Department: 06 Vacancies
1. Oral & Maxiofacial Surgery: 01 Vacancy
2. Oral & Dental Pathology: 01 Vacancy
3. Community Dentistry: 01 Vacancy
4. Periodontics: 01 Vacancy
5. Prosthodontics including Dental Material: 01 Vacancy
6. Conservative/ Operative Dentistry: 01 Vacancy
Academic Qualifications-• Master’s Degree in the specialty concerned
• The Degree is recognized by the Dental Council of India
Age group- As on 1st July 2013
• Applicants should be between 18 and 37 years – General Category
• Applicants should be between 18 and 39 years – PWD Category
• Applicants should be between 18 and 40 years – RBA/SC/ST/ALC/SLC Category
• Applicants should be between 18 and 45 years – Government Applicants
• Applicants should be between 18 and 48 years – Ex Servicemen
• Relaxation in terms of Age Limit is according to the rules
Process of Selection-
Applicants are selected on the basis of their performance in the Written Test and Interview
Application procedure-

Polo Ground Srinagar/ Resham Ghar Colony,
Bakshi Nagar, Jammu.• Please print out the same and retain the print out should you get short listed.
Fees for the Application:
• Other applicants to pay Rs.250
• General applicants - Rs.500/-
• Through CBS Challan at any branches of J & K Bank Limited
• In Cash at J&K Bank counters, P.S.C Offices at Jammu and Srinagar
• Please keep the Fee Receipt (Applicant’s Copy) for future use

• Fill in the required details on the application form and send it along with the following documents to the address mentioned below by the 3rd of April 2014 –
