SK Hynix Develops World's First 128GB DDR4 RAM
Introduction:
RAM (Random Access Memory) is an important primary memory device without which any electronic communicating or calculating device can’t be built. RAM plays key role in storing the data into secondary memory devices (hard disks). When actually RAM’s started their journey with other components of the computer hardware parts they were almost negligible i.e., for the older operating systems because they aren’t graphically modern and structurally strong the first RAM is built by Intel for the DOS (Disk Operating System) which is almost in KB’s (Kilo Bytes) later on it started developing it’s structural appearance and it’s memory capacity with the development of needs of computer. Now, in this article I am going to introduce you to the youngest and ultramodern RAM which has capability of about 128 GB!
Features and Specifications:
SK Hynix one of the leading memory module manufacturer has developed the world’s first 128GB DDR4 memory module which has twice the capacity of the company’s latest 64GB module. This announcement made the world just amazed! Because such type of components will only be used in super computers or in space research centers but launching it into the market is what truly remarkable. This 128GB RAM runs at 2,133Mbps with 64 – bit I/O and processes up to 17GB data per second! This can process a data of 1TB in almost 10 minutes! This what makes this costlier and system makers must use almost highly capable devices which costs too high.

Intel Company is likely support this for it’s high end computers that too in third quarter. SK Hynix must be thanked to develop such an advanced component in this early generation and we will be able to work with this by 2016 until then we must be waiting for it’s arrival.
