IIIT Hyderabad Admissions 2014 for B.Tech M.Tech Postgraduate www.iiit.ac.in
The International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad welcomes students to apply for the Under Graduate National Level Examination to qualify to pursue a career in Engineering (B.Tech M.Tech) Postgraduate in Hyderabad. The Under Graduate Entrance examination (UGEE) & Postgraduate Entrance Examination (PGEE) is conducted once every year. The IIIT Admission process is conducted through the JEE Main 2014, DASA and NTSE, KVPY (NOK). More information regarding the Admissions, Notification, Online Application process can be found below –
Who can apply?
• Students who have taken the JEE Main 2014 Examination should apply for IIIT Hyderabad Counseling separately.
• Students who have come through Direct Admissions for Students of Abroad should have cleared their 11th and 12th standards or equivalent abroad. They could otherwise have a foreign passport and must have scored 2000 in SAT exam.
• Students who have come through the NTSE, Olympiad, KVPY (NOK) should have qualified any of the exams listed or chosen for training and represent India during International Olympiads
Process of Selection: Applicants are selected on the basis of their marks in the JEE Main 2014 or DASA or NTSE, Olympiad, KVPY (NOK)
About the Examination:
• The examination is conducted as per the JEE Main 2014 exam format
Fee for Application:
• Students applying through the JEE Main 2014 exam – Not declared yet
• Students applying through DASA -- $100 or Rs.5500
• Students applying through NTSE, Olympiad, KVPY (NOK) – Rs.2000
Note – Applicants applying through NTSE, Olympiad, KVPY (NOK)
• Start date for submitting application online: 27th Jan to 20th March 2014
• Exam Date: 13th April 2014
