The TANA Foundation of USA proposes seven graduate scholarships for Telugu students who are currently residing only in Andhra Pradesh for pursue their higher education in the USA for academic year 2014-2015.The scholarship amount is of $500 for each semester, interested candidates can apply before July 25th’ 2014. Scholarship Validity:
• Duration is not known but there are seven scholarships to be offered
Who can apply?
• The candidate should have already taken admission for the academic year 2014-2015 in US University prior applying to the scholarship, the students who are presently residing in the USA would not be eligible for the scholarship.
• The need of financial aid should reflect from the candidate.
• The recipients have to commit that he/she will provide financial support to a new Telugu student coming from Andhra Pradesh within three years after his arrival in the USA.
Process of Selection:
• Selection criteria will be based on merit, need of the applicant, scores secured in exams like GRE, TOEFL.
• It can also be based on reputation of the university in India from where you have done your graduation.
• The need of scholarship would not only be assessed basis the information provided by the candidate but it be checked through Tana foundation independent sources.

TANA Foundation of USA has announced seven $2000/- (two thousand dollars) Graduate Scholarships for Telugu students who are currently residing only in Andhra Pradesh and wants to pursue their higher education in the USA for academic year 2014-2015. Each scholarship recipient will receive $500 for each semester, Please refer to the notification for further details
Application Procedure:
• There is no formal application
• Candidates can apply through E-Mail the supporting documents should be scanned and attached and sent to prasadkakarala@yahoo.com
Online Instructions:
• Hard copies of the application and authentic supporting documents shall be sent by regular air mail or Express Mail only
• Registered letters are not necessary to send the applications it will only delay the submission.
