This notice is published by Railway Recruitment Cell Northern Railway for recruitment of vacancies under Sports Quota Vacancies in various departments for Male candidates only. The aspiring candidates can send their application before 31-01-2014. Vacancy Details are as follows:
Name of the Posts Sports Quota
1. Athletic 01 vacancy
i) 10000 Meters 01 vacancy
2. Basket Ball 01 vacancy
i) Shooting Guard 01 vacancy
3. Volley Ball 01 vacancy
i) Attacker 01 vacancy
4. Football 02 vacancies
i) Goal Keeper 01 vacancies
ii) Striker/ Centre Forward 01 vacancy
Age Limit: The candidate should be between the age 18-25 years as on 01 January 2015. Please note that the age relaxation might be granted as per government guidelines.
Educational Qualification: The applicant should have cleared the matriculation and should have some sports performance and also participated at the national level Championships or Events.
Selection Process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the trail of sports and personal interview.
How to Apply: The eligible candidates have to fill the application form in the prescribed format and enclose it with the attested copies of all the required documents (i.e. certificates of sports performance, educational qualification, date of birth, Caste certificate) and latest passport size photos and post it to "Sports Cell, Welfare Branch, Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, Northern Railway, State Entry Road, New Delhi-110055".
Please note: That the last date for submission of application form is 31-10-2014. Therefore, the envelope should reach on the given address before this date.
