Job Position: Customer Support Executive
Job Description:
• Responsible for handling incoming calls and make outgoing calls
• Handling communications with customers and support functions via email
• Responsible for Customer Relationship Management
• Responsible to provide quick and effective resolution for customer queries
Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline
Experience: 0-5 Years
Eligibility:
• Excellent Verbal communication in English and Hindi, Written communication in English
• Good listening skills, and customer service oriented
• Need to work in detailed and accurate manner with problem solving ability.
• Ready to work in daily shifts on rotational basis (24*7), cab facility will be available for night shifts
• Need to work for 6days a week, week off can be taken on any day of the week.
• Need good typing speed required
