Job Position: Executive - Business Planning
Job Description:
• Broadcasting periodic MI reports on daily/weekly and monthly basis along with ad-hoc reporting on requirement basis. Maintaining accuracy and timelines.
• Ensure tactical planning( balancing performance maximization and best results on SLAs, resource management) for assigned business units through real time planning methodologies
• Formulate reporting which helps building robust Business MI model
• Taking regular variance analysis between actual performance and target levels to identify areas of improvement
• Forecast customer service requirements and operational performance for assigned processes, undertake data mining exercises and support business owners on forecasted hotspots.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 0- 4 years
Location: Mumbai
Remuneration: Not Disclosed
