Examination: Combined Competitive Preliminary Exam 2014
Name of the Vacancies:
• Junior Scale of J&K Administrative Service: 33 Vacancies
• J&K Police Service: 16 Vacancies
• J&K Accounts Service: 02 Vacancies

Academic Qualifications –
• The applicant must have secured a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution 
• Kindly refer to the notification to understand position wise academic qualification

Age group – As on 1st January 2014
• The applicant should be between 21 and 35 years old – General Applicants
• The applicant should be between 21 and37 years old – SC/ST/Backward Class Applicants
• Relaxation in terms of age is based on the rules

Fees for the Application –
• For Open Merit/General applicants – Rs.800
• For SC/ST/RBA/LAC/SLC/PHC applicants – Rs.550
• No Fees for female/BPL applicants

Process of Selection:
• The applicant is selected based on his performance in the Preliminary and Main Examination

Application Procedure:
• Applicants apply in the suggested format
• An acknowledgement card and an envelope is also submitted along with the application form
• The application fees should be paid through any of the specified branches in "Jammu and Kashmir Bank" by 11/06/2014

• A photograph attested by a Gazetted officer should be affixed on the application form

• For General applicants – Rs.500
• For SC/ST/RBA/LAC/SLC/PHC applicants – Rs.250
