Government of West Bengal, Office of the District Magistrate, Nadia has announced the recruitment of 82 Gram Panchayat Level & Panchayat Samiti positions whose details are mentioned below. Applicants are encouraged to apply between the 28th of Feb 2014 and the 28th of March 2014 (5 pm). Details of Nadia District Magistrate Recruitment:

Total Number of Vacancies – 82 Jobs

Gram Panchayat Level:

1. Executive Assistant: 47 Vacancies

2. Nirman Sahayak: 08 Vacancies

Panchayat Samit:

3. Samiti Education Officer (Direct Recruitment): 10 Vacancies

4. Samiti Education Officer (Selection): 07 Vacancies

5. Data Entry Operator: 01 Vacancy

6. Clerk cum Typist: 09 Vacancies

Academic Qualifications –

• Applicants must have finished their Bachelors program and a Diploma in Computer Applications - 1st vacancy

• Applicants must have finished their Bachelors program and a Diploma in Civil Engineering – 2nd Vacancy

• Applicants should have finished Graduation with a Post Graduation or with an experience of 3 years – 3rd Vacancy

Age group – 1st January 2014   

• Applicants should be between 18 and 40 years old - General Category

• Applicants should be between 18 to 45 years old - SC/ST/PWD Category

• Applicants should be between 18 and 43 years old – OBC Category

• Applicants should be not over 50 years old - EXS

• Relaxation in terms of Age Limit is applicable based on the rules of the State Government

Process of Selection:

Applicants are selected on the basis of their written test, practical exam and viva voce

Application Procedure:

• Applicants log onto www.nadia.gov.in between 28th of Feb and 28th of March 2014 (5 pm)

• Please carry your Proof of Identity along with PP size photograph affixed on the Hall Ticket

Online Instructions:

• Go to web portal - www.nadia.gov.in

• After choosing the position, fill in the application form

• Make the payment and then upload the scanned signature and photograph

• Print out the challan and the application form for future use

• Download the Admit Card

Note -

• Start date for submitting application online: 28-02-2014

• End date for submitting application form: 28-03-2014 (5pm)
