WB JECA 2014 Application Form Eligibility Procedure Exam Date www.wbjeeb.in
The West Bengal Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) that conducts the WB JECA, qualifies students to pursue a Master’s in Computer Application (MCA) offered by several private Engineering colleges, Universities and Government Colleges. The MCA Entrance Exam enables the qualified to apply for the above mentioned graduate course. Who can apply?
• Only Indian Citizens can apply for this exam
• Only those candidates who have completed a 3 year under graduate program can take the WB JECA 2014 Examination
• If an applicant has taken the exam during the same year as that of applying for the entrance examination, then he should provide documentation to authenticate that he has cleared the under graduate examination in his respective discipline
About the Exam:
• The WB – JECA Examination includes questions on Reasoning, Problem Solving, Quantitative Comparison, Discrete Quantitative Analysis and Data Interpretation
• Please refer to the notification to get more information about the examination
• This examination is usually conducted every June
• The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination includes multiple choice questions and has two parts which consist of –
Part 1 – Aptitude Test: It is for 100 marks and lasts for 1 hour
Part 2 – Mathematics: It is for 100 marks and lasts for 90 minutes
Fees for the Application Form:
• Applicants who take the exam pay – Rs. 400 (including Bulletin)
• They can be bought at any United Bank of India branch
• The Application form can also be procured by post – send a cover letter requesting for a form along with a DD, “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board”, Payable at Howrah. An extra amount of Rs. 100 should be sent too
Application Procedure:
The application form, once duly filled needs to be sent by Speed Post.
