• The applicant should have completed his 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized institution
Fees for the Application Form:
• Fees towards Application Form – Rs.1000
• Payment should be made by a DD drawn in favor of ‘St. John’s Medical College’ payable at Bangalore.
St Johns Medical Exam Application Procedure:
• The application form is available online and can be downloaded by those who aspire to study the MBBS program at St. John’s Medical College
• The applicant can also purchase the application form from the following address –
Admissions Office,
St. John’s National Academy of Health Sciences,
Bangalore
• The applicants need to read the instructions to fill the application form
• They need to affix their photographs in the space provided
• The Admit Card also needs to be affixed by a recent PP size photograph with the address mentioned
• The candidate needs to enter the exam fee payment details
• The candidate should be ready with his/her caste certificate and domicile certificate
• The original certificates and photocopies of the others should be submitted when shortlisted for the interview in July 2014
• The applicant needs to enclose 4 white envelopes along with the address for correspondence with a Rs.5 stamp affixed on each of them
